Dider & Sons collects enterprise trade information solely for customs clearance, freight forwarding, statutory NBR tax reporting, and client account servicing. Information includes business registration numbers (BIN, TIN, IRC, ERC), bills of lading, commercial invoices, and contact data.

2. Confidentiality of Client Trade Data

We strictly maintain the confidentiality of customer trade transactions. Neither pricing, cargo descriptions, supplier identities, nor search queries are disclosed or sold to third parties, except as mandated by Bangladesh Customs authorities under statutory legal obligations.

3. Document Vault Security

Customs shipping documents uploaded into our client portal are stored with restricted role-based encryption and accessible only by authorized clearing officers and the authenticated client.
